    Marine collagen (Type 1) is enzymatically derived from fish and is known for its high bioavailability and smaller molecular structure, allowing for better absorption into the skin. It enhances hydration, and improves skin elasticity and firmness. Rich in essential amino acids, it supports cell renewal and strengthens the skin barrier.
