Spa Policies
At Chateau de la Beauté, each experience is thoughtfully curated and reserved exclusively. The following policies are designed to ensure an elevated experience for every guest.

This offering is available only to current Visa cardholders and is not transferable, shareable, or redeemable by any other party.
Proof of eligibility may be required at the time of booking and payment.
This offering may be redeemed once per cardholder.This offering is reserved for guests 18 years of age and older and is not available to minors.

Reservations
All Concierge Collection experiences are arranged in advance and must be confirmed with a valid visa card on file.Due to the bespoke nature of each reservation, availability is limited and held exclusively for your party.
Submission of a request does not guarantee booking until confirmed by our concierge.
Arrivals
Guests are welcomed 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Earlier arrival is not necessary, as each experience is prepared specifically for your reservation.For guests with arranged transportation, timing will be coordinated directly by our concierge to ensure a seamless arrival.
If arriving more than 5 minutes past the scheduled start time, the service will be adjusted to accommodate the remaining time.
Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in the service being charged to the card on file and issued as spa credit for future use. -
As each appointment is reserved exclusively, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes.
Appointments adjusted within this window may be subject to the full service fee.

Private and dual experiences are curated and scheduled in sequence to ensure a seamless flow.
All elements of the experience, including lounge intermissions, enhancements, and transportation, are arranged specifically for your reservation.

Black car service is available for select experiences and is coordinated based on your location within San Francisco.
Service duration does not include travel time. Travel timing and logistics will be confirmed during the reservation process.

To preserve the integrity of the space, Chateau maintains a quiet, private environment.
Use of phones, photography, or recording within the spa is not permitted.

All required intake and release forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
If forms are not submitted in advance, service time may be adjusted accordingly.Each experience is tailored in real time. Services may be modified as needed to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal results.
